Currently, we have over 20 Decathlon brands, each dedicated to a specific sport or practice. And, our family ownership means we're here for the long term. We reinvest our profits into research and development, helping to lower the cost of participating in sport.

Chaque jour, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la réussite de notre magasin. Nous aimons pouvoir compter sur vous pour écouter nos clients. Ainsi, ils obtiennent les bons conseils, des réponses rapides à leurs questions et une solution efficace à un problème. Grâce à votre dynamisme et à votre expertise acquise à la caisse et à l'accueil, vous êtes en mesure d'aider rapidement les clients.

Avec votre équipe, vous tirez le meilleur parti de chaque contact et veillez à ce que les clients quittent le magasin satisfaits.

We hebben jou als customer service medewerker nodig om ons te helpen met:

  • het creëren van een positieve klantervaring, van de eerste glimlach tot een dankjewel aan de kassa.
  • het beantwoorden van vragen, via telefoon of in de winkel.
  • het ontvangen, opvolgen en overhandigen van online bestellingen.
  • het verwerken van teruggebrachte producten.
  • het opstarten, controleren, afsluiten en tellen van de kassa's.

En tant Teamplayer Customer Service vous serez en mesure de :

  • werktijden op te nemen tussen 8u en 20u, afhankelijk van je werkschema die dag.
  • op zaterdag voor je team en de klanten paraat te zijn.
  • je vlot in het Nederlands én het Frans kunnen uitdrukken. Engels is een pluspunt

À propos de Decathlon

Decathlon est arrivé en Belgique en 1997 et s'est depuis développé avec 35 magasins, un centre logistique à Willebroek et un siège social à Evere.

Parttime werken wil zeggen dat wij je 28 uur per week aan het onthaal verwachten, met de mogelijkheid tot 35 uur per week te werken afhankelijk van de noden per week. Om een goede work-life-balans te garanderen, bespreken we graag met jou de nodige flexibiliteit in planning.

Je krijgt de vrijheid om jouw talenten te ontwikkelen, met persoonlijke begeleiding van je leader, coaching, verschillende opleidingen, maar ook via trial and error.

Om onze teamgeest en werksfeer te versterken, organiseren we teamdagen en plannen we collectieve sportmomenten tijdens de werkuren in.

Deel jij je talent met ons? Dan bieden we jou:

  • Brutomaandloon (35 uur contract) volgens barema PC 311, vanaf 2070,57 euro.
  • Chèques-repas de 8 euros par jour, prime de fin d'année et double pécule de vacances.
  • Variabel loon: maandelijkse premie bij een positief resultaat van de winkel en jaarlijks winstdeling in de vorm van Decathlon aandelen.
  • 20 jours fériés + 6 jours de congé ADV pour un contrat à temps plein.
  • Vergoeding woon-werkverkeer. Kom je met de fiets, dan ontvang je 0,27 euro per afgelegde kilometer.
  • L'assurance hospitalisation et l'assurance groupe de Van Breda.
