  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from first contact to providing recommendations to the business teams, ensuring the best fit for business profiles and future interns.
  • Introduce and implement innovative ideas to elevate the recruitment process, making it more efficient and engaging.
  • Support the communication and the social media platforms to attract top talents.
  • Develop and establish HR policies to ensure a smooth and compliant workplace.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for both Business Recruitment and Corporate Recruitment.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Management or related fields.
  • At least two year's experience in HR or Consulting.
  • Fluent in English and French is a plus.
