Notre client est une société de services qui valorise le développement de carrière, propose des plans de formation, et offre un environnement de travail sain et stable.


En tant que Team Leader Accounting & Finance, vous serez responsable de :

  • Gérer l'ensemble de la comptabilité de l'entreprise et respecter les échéances (déclarations TVA, clôtures, etc.).
  • Assurer la gestion de la trésorerie et du cash-flow.
  • Servir de point de contact et de référent pour les collègues en matière de comptabilité, finance, et fiscalité.
  • Se tenir informé des évolutions du secteur financier et les transmettre à l'équipe.
  • Définir les objectifs de l'équipe et les traduire en objectifs collectifs et individuels.
  • Mettre en place des systèmes de suivi des activités et des livrables.
  • Fournir un feed-back régulier pour soutenir et développer les compétences des collaborateurs.
  • Être la personne de contact pour les réviseurs d'entreprises et assurer les audits internes.
  • Gérer l'onboarding comptable des nouvelles entités du groupe.

  • Bachelier en comptabilité.
  • Expérience pertinente en audit, comptabilité ou fiscalité de minimum 7 années.
  • Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et le français.
  • Aisance avec les chiffres.
  • Sens de l'initiative et des responsabilités.
  • Capacité d'adaptation et orientation solution.
  • Solidarité et empathie envers les collègues.
