Que fais-tu ?

En tant que New business development manager Belgique, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans notre expansion. Vous serez responsable de :
  • Actions de prospection : Identifier et concrétiser de nouvelles opportunités commerciales dans le secteur immobilier en menant des actions de prospection ciblées.
  • Relations stratégiques et account management : Développer et entretenir des relations, et agir en tant que figure clé dans le réseau des professionnels de l'immobilier. Vous gérez votre propre portefeuille de clients.
  • Feedback marché : Collecter et analyser les retours pour adapter nos services aux besoins du marché. Vous transmettez ces retours aux collègues concernés et suivez leur mise en œuvre.
  • Ambassadeur : Vous représentez Homeras sur le marché et agissez comme ambassadeur de notre marque lors de toutes les interactions commerciales.
Profil
  • Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en B2B Sales
  • Excellentes compétences en vente et en négociation.
  • Un réseau existant dans le secteur immobilier ou la capacité de le développer rapidement.
  • Expérience dans la traduction des retours clients en actions appropriées et collaboration avec des collègues d'autres départements pour les mettre en œuvre.
  • La capacité de penser stratégiquement à la croissance commerciale et à l'acquisition de clients, analyser les tendances du marché immobilier et à identifier les opportunités de croissance.
  • Une présentation professionnelle pour représenter Homeras de manière positive.
  • Autonomie et mentalité entreprenante avec la volonté de développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
  • Maîtrise du néerlandais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Bachelor/master ou équivalent par expérience.
