What are you going to do?
- You will manage your team and support / coach them in delivering an excellent customer experience.
- You understand your team's performance and recognize where it can be further developed.
- You guide and coach your team to success.
- You are responsible for the day-to-day performance and planning of your team, including the division of shifts.
- You understand that reports are important and you are able to report the right data and provide insights.
- You will be the single point of contact for our client, understanding their needs and being able to communicate and implement the changes on the team.
Your profile
- You have a commercial education and/or relevant experience, including in leading a team
- You have an affinity with the Automotive industry and are motivated to develop yourself to become an expert in this field.
- You have a commercial mindset, but also an eye for your team. You understand people, you can empathize with their feelings, and know what moves them – your skills support your team and make for a great customer experience.
- You understand the importance of processes, but you know that sometimes you have to be flexible in delivering them.
- You're not just leading a team – you're leading them, energizing them, and helping them grow and develop.
- You are flexible in working with different parties (Client, Dealer, Team) to achieve the right result.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You are precise, accurate and analytical in your work.
- You have a lean certification or previous experience, being able to move your team to the next level.
- You are client oriented, able to listen and understand their needs.
- You are target oriented, able to analyse and track the target consecution and taking the right actions if there is any deviation.
