Description
Accounting & statutory reporting (60%)
- Assist with general and analytical accounting (Accounts Payable, Payroll, etc.)
- Monitor daily cash balances, process payments, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Support the Financial Controller in preparing reports for month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives (e.g. improvement of processes and systems)
Company Car Fleet Management (20%)
- Ensure that the fleet of vehicles is well-maintained and efficiently operated.
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure reliable support for the fleet.
- Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, and other relevant data.
- Support drivers by addressing their company car-related questions.
Third-party management and administration (15%)
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, insurance brokers, external auditors, other service providers, and support the related administration.
Governance & Compliance (5%).
- Organize and maintain corporate records, documents, and files.
- Provide internal and external stakeholders with valuable non-financial information.
Profile
- Proven working experience in administrative roles, with an appetite for finance related topics.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Dutch or French speaker with good command of English.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial information.
