As a Servant of Agile Methodologies , you will be instrumental in driving the success of large-scale projects like digitalization, cloud computing, and IT tool development. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the smooth implementation of Scrum methodology across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Ensure seamless use of Scrum principles Deliver project goals by working closely with cross-functional teams Organize and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospective analyses Identify and mitigate project risks while eliminating obstacles (interdependencies and impediments) Support the Product Owner in maintaining the Product Backlog Develop strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders Desired Qualifications: 1-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, preferably certified Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills Proactive and team-oriented individual Fluency in English; proficiency in French and Dutch is an asset
