Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een full-time of part-time Management Assistant die:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar succesvolle ervaring heeft in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Beschikt over uitstekende organisatorische en communicatieve skills in minstens NL, andere talen zijn een plus.
  • Ervan houdt om vergaderingen vast te leggen, agenda’s te beheren en te notuleren met de nieuwste technologieën.
  • Vlot is met Microsoft toepassingen als Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …
  • Nauwkeurig werkt, goed met deadlines kan omgaan en zijn/haar/hun tijd effectief beheert.
  • Zelfstandig werkt, een proactieve aanpak heeft en een drive om telkens beter te doen dan ervoor.

Hoe ga jij ons kunnen helpen?

In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Beheren van de agenda van de CEO en coördineren van afspraken en vergaderingen.
  • Voorbereiden van vergaderingen, inclusief het opstellen van agenda’s en notulen.
  • Behandelen van inkomende en uitgaande communicatie, zoals e-mails en telefoongesprekken.
  • Organiseren van reizen en accommodaties voor de CEO.
  • Ondersteunen bij het opstellen van rapporten, presentaties en andere ondersteunende documenten.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe contacten.
  • Assisteren bij speciale projecten en ad-hoc taken zoals gevraagd door de CEO.
