You will work closely with stakeholders and vendors to translate business needs into clear requirements and drive change from concept through delivery.This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of business processes and digital solutions in a dynamic, international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyse and translate business change requests into clear, aligned requirementsAssess business and process impact of system changesSupport enhancements across fleet systems (contract management, quoting, reporting, remarketing, short-term rental)Lead and participate in workshops and business committees to define prioritiesCoordinate collaboration between business users and external vendorsManage change requests and small initiatives end-to-end, including testing and communicationPrepare proposals for Product/IT approval, including scope, effort and budgetMaintain and monitor a 6–12 month EU product roadmapAct as the key interface between Head Office, local markets and vendorsDrive continuous improvement in governance, ways of working and knowledge sharingSkills & ExperienceEssentialExperience in business analysis, project management or a similar role, ideally in an international environmentStrong requirements gathering and business process mapping skillsAnalytical and critical thinking mindset with the ability to challenge assumptionsAbility to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively with ambiguityStrong communication, presentation and facilitation skillsProficiency in MS OfficeDesirableKnowledge of project management methodologiesExperience with fleet, leasing or mobility systemsStrong stakeholder management skills across multiple levelsEducationDegree in Business, IT, Project Management or a comparable fieldPersonal AttributesFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Strong organisational and coordination skillsCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skillsEmpathetic and confident communicatorWillingness to travel occasionallyInterested?
