Momenteel hebben we opportuniteiten op onze kantoren van Gent of Brussel. Zo ziet jouw nieuwe job eruit: Als klantenbeheerder binnen de medische dienstverlening voor de KMO-sector ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je beheert een portefeuille van klanten en zorgt ervoor dat hun medische dienstverlening vlot en klantgericht verloopt.Je bent een echte spilfiguur tussen de klant en onze interne diensten. Wat doe je concreet: Je beheert inkomende mails en telefoons van klanten en hun medewerkers, en handelt deze zelfstandig en klantgericht af.Je plant medische onderzoeken in via onze tool H@W en volgt wettelijke deadlines nauwgezet op.Je houdt het klantenbestand up to date in H@WJe bereidt de dossiers van de medische onderzoeken voorJe detecteert signalen van klantontevredenheid en onderneemt proactief actie om de klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.Je neemt deel aan klantvergaderingen (minstens 1x per jaar) samen met de Service Delivery Manager.Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, planners en andere interne diensten.Je volgt de facturatie van onze diensten opJe draagt bij aan de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening Herken je jezelf hierin? Bachelor diploma of relevante ervaringZeer goede kennis van het Nederlands én FransJe bent empathisch, professioneel, maar durft ook moeilijke boodschappen over te brengen terwijl je neutraal en klantgericht blijft Je wordt graag uitgedaagd door veranderingen, deadlines en dat tikkeltje gezonde stressJe wilt graag werken in een warm team waar collegialiteit belangrijk is en men voor de volle 100% op elkaar kan rekenen Ons aanbodEen voltijdse job waarbij je recht hebt op 6 ADV-dagen en 3 extralegale vakantiedagen aanvullend op jouw wettelijke verlof.
