Wil jij klanten ondersteunen bij het gebruik van systemen en applicaties, en hou je ervan om technische vragen vlot en professioneel op te lossen? Voor een organisatie in Neder-Over-Heembeek die retailpunten helpt bij de distributie van diverse producten, zoeken we een communicatieve en analytisch sterke Technical Contact Center Agent. Deze persoon dient als aanspreekpunt voor klanten (retailers en zaakvoerders) die diverse producten verkopen in hun verkooppunten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat hun systemen, applicaties en processen vlot blijven draaien. Jouw takenpakket als Technical Contact Center Agent: Registreren, opvolgen en afronden van klantverzoeken in het ticketsysteem. Beantwoorden van technische en IT-gerelateerde vragen via telefoon (40%) en e-mail (60%). Coördineren met interne teams en externe leveranciers om technische problemen op te lossen. Testen van nieuwe functionaliteiten en updaten van documentatie. Actieve betrokkenheid als systeemexpert in lopende projecten binnen de afdeling. Up-to-date blijven van technologische en procesmatige evoluties binnen de organisatie. Het ideale profiel als Technical Contact Center Agent: Sterke analytische vaardigheden en complexe vragen helder kunnen vertalen naar concrete acties. Vlot communiceren in het Nederlands én het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Nieuwsgierig naar systemen, logistieke processen en zakelijke tools. Ervaring in een contact center of administratieve rol (pluspunt). Affiniteit met Windows, Office en bij voorkeur ook met ticketsystemen. Klantgericht, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig. Autonoom werken en meerdere dossiers tegelijk beheren zonder het overzicht te verliezen Het aanbod als Technical Contact Center Agent: Een waardevolle kans om je technische expertise verder te ontwikkelen en je te specialiseren in de analyse van klantverzoeken. Na een inwerkperiode van drie maanden: tot 3 dagen telewerk per week. Een competitief pakket tot €45000 op jaarbasis aangevuld met: Maaltijdcheques van €8 per gewerkte dag Ecocheques 100% terugbetaling van openbaar vervoer + tussenkomst privévervoer volgens PC 200 Telewerkvergoeding van €50 per maand voor structureel telewerk 20 wettelijke vakantiedagen + 2 extra verlofdagen Niet de job die je zocht?
