afarax is looking for a freelance Process Manager. We need you The project: Our client in the banking sector, is seeking an experienced Process Manager to strengthen their team. We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Process Manager to support the cluster in analyzing, optimizing, designing and documenting the organization's processes as part of the delivery process. Next to process design and optimization, the process engineer is fluent at combining different insights and data to support the cluster in making the more worthy and future-proof decisions that will be further elaborated by the squad colleagues. More specifically, the PE will join the Fraud Cluster, which provides tools to fight fraud and coordinates the bank-wide strategy against fraud. The Fraud Cluster is situated inside the tribe "Customer Servicing and Efficiency", which aims to facilitate the Contact Strategy of the Bank by providing solutions to support remote contact interactions, by automating processes and also by delivering Fraud prevention tools and solutions. Is this you? Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience Good knowledge of French, Dutch and English 4y of experience process engineer, preferably knowledge of bank and Fraud environment Good knowledge of process management tools and methodologies (BPMN, Aris, ...) Knowledge of change management methodologies (ADKAR, ..) Knowledge of Fraud prevention and detection activities in a bank environment Knowledge of the bank environment Notions of business architecture Excellent analysis skills and ability to structure and model Efficient facilitator and communicator (oral and written) Can strongly convince, influence and negotiate Is driven and tenacious for finding – creative – solutions Is customer-oriented and driven to meet expectations Efficiency driven (process optimization, efficiency..)
