Je bent in deze functie ambassador voor de merken MINI en BMW. Je bent een ‘hunter' in bloed en nieren en schrikt er niet voor ‘from scratch' een nieuwe klantenportefeuille uit te bouwen. Je wordt daarbij ondersteunt door jouw manager en krijgt hiervoor de nodige werkmiddelen ter beschikking. Ervaring met Salesforce is een meerwaarde. Je bent een ware netwerker en ambassadeur die zorgt voor een actieve B2B-prospectie, zowel 'on the field' als obv koude prospectie via telefoon. In samenwerking met jouw manager werk je een plan uit om het prospecteren van nieuwe KMO klanten en het opvolgen van bestaande KMO klanten te optimaliseren. Daarnaast zal je ook contacten onderhouden met bestaande fleetklanten. Als adviseur peil je permanent naar nieuwe behoeften van de fleetklant, denk je mee na over zijn wagenpark en kom je met passende voorstellen en oplossingen met als doel de carpolicy te optimaliseren.Je kijkt mee toe op de jaarlijkse vernieuwing van de fleetconventie, bezorg je referentieoffertes voor nieuwe modellen en maak je geregeld TCO oefeningen om onze orderkansen te maximaliseren. Je bent steeds op de hoogte van wat er leeft bij jouw klanten en breidt de klantenrelaties verder uit. Je streeft hierbij voortdurend naar een lange termijn samenwerking. Je bezit goede netwerk skills en haalt er voldoening uit je netwerk uit te breiden en te handhaven. Je bent dan ook met plezier aanwezig bij dealer- en regiogebonden events overdag of 's avonds. In samenspraak met je manager ben je ook geregeld zelf betrokken bij de organisatie van fleet events. Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie. Je rapporteert aan je manager met betrekking tot jouw prospectie en klantenopvolging. Als actieve netwerker organiseer je je persoonlijke netwerking op een efficiënte manier. Je hebt al ervaring in een B2B omgeving. Ervaring in de automobielsector is een sterke meerwaarde (doch geen absolute 'must') Je maakt een sterke eerste indruk waardoor je vertrouwen schept. Een gedane belofte maak je waar. Je bent een commerciëel talent dat elke opportuniteit ziet en grijpt om de verdere groei van de fleetafdeling te waarborgen. Elke dag opnieuw streef je naar uiterste klantentevredenheid en is het jouw doel een lange termijn relatie op te bouwen met jouw klanten.
