MissionAs Head of Brand Management, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing and brand management strategy for both the group's portfolio and its partner brands within the Benelux region.Your mission will be to reinforce the strategic positioning of the brands, enhance their visibility and performance across all distribution channels, and elevate the overall consumer experience.You will play a key role in aligning the group's global vision with local execution, ensuring close collaboration between marketing, sales, and production teams. This position is designed for an experienced marketing professional with a strong strategic mindset, analytical approach, and proven ability to inspire and unite teams.2.3. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Brand ManagementDevelop and execute brand plans based on consumer insights, market data, and business objectives.Define brand positioning, communication strategies, and trade and consumer activation levers.Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI.Collaborate closely with international brand owners and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand expression.Operational Execution & Marketing ActivationsCoordinate the implementation of campaigns and activations across all distribution channels.Design sales tools, promotional materials, and digital content for sales teams and distributors.Define and lead the digital strategy in line with brand objectives and local market dynamics.Ensure operational excellence and alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial priorities.Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor marketing KPIs (brand awareness, ROI, campaign performance, market share).Evaluate the impact of initiatives and recommend necessary adjustments.Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and global teams.Team Management & DevelopmentSupervise and mentor the Marketing Assistant, supporting skill development and autonomy.Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and logistics departments.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, best practice sharing, and innovation.EDUCATIONUniversity degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or equivalent experience.LANGUAGESFluent in French, Dutch, and English — essential for effective coverage of the Benelux market.EXPERIENCEMinimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, ideally within FMCG or specialized retail environments.Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies.Experience in managing marketing teams, with the ability to motivate and drive transformation.Knowledge of or strong affinity with the wine or premium beverage sector (mandatory).Ability to challenge existing practices and propose innovative approaches.Open-minded, collaborative, and participative leadership style.
