Legal Counsel Vastgoedrecht – Brussel (vaste aanwerving) Onbepaalde duur Fulltime Brussel & gedeeltelijk remote (1 dag/week thuiswerk na inloopperiode) Voor een organisatie met een sterke toekomstvisie in Brussel zoeken we een ervaren bedrijfsjurist met een sterke affiniteit voor vastgoedrecht. Je versterkt een compact juridisch team en draagt bij aan de volledige juridische ondersteuning van uiteenlopende vastgoedgerelateerde dossiers. Je Takenpakket Omvat Onder Meer Juridische begeleiding van vastgoedbeheer en vastgoedontwikkelingsprojecten binnen een diverse vastgoedportefeuille; Opmaak, evaluatie en onderhandeling van contracten (o.a. IT, services, leveranciers); Voorbereiden en opvolgen van complexe documentatie rond aan- en verkopen van vastgoed; Opstellen en beheren van huurovereenkomsten; Beheer van geschillendossiers; Ondersteuning bij vennootschapsrechtelijke materies in binnen- en buitenland, in samenwerking met lokale juridische partners; Juridische begeleiding van financieringstransacties met interne en externe partijen; Adviseren bij de structurering en opvolging van internationale projecten. Profiel Master in de Rechten en minstens 5 à 10 jaar relevante werkervaring; Enthousiast over complexe transacties en samenwerking met diverse interne en internationale stakeholders; Sterk analytisch, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en tegelijk in staat om het helikopterzicht te behouden; Oplossingsgericht, communicatief en een echte teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken; Oprechte interesse in vastgoed in al zijn juridische dimensies; Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
