Elle connaît actuellement une forte croissance et ambitionne de recruter massivement d'ici 2029. Job Description Fournir ҡыҙ des conseils juridiques en droit commercial, immobilier et contractuel. Assurer la conformité réglementaire, notamment en matière de whistleblowing et de droit de la concurrence. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les équipes commerciales pour évaluer la faisabilité des projets. Rédiger, réviser et négocier des contrats en français et en néerlandais. Gérer les aspects juridiques liés aux bauxуни авторt la location de sites pour le stationnement et l'entretien des bus. Agir comme véritable business partner auprès des différents départements. Participer à la sensibilisation et à la formation interne sur les bonnes pratiques de conformité. Qualifications Minimumอล 8 ans d'expérience comme Legal Counsel en entreprise (expérience en cabinet d'avocats non retenue). Excellente maîtriseloopt du français et du néerlandais (contrats et réunions), bon niveau d'anglais. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives. Compétences relationnelles solides et capacité à adapter sa communication à divers interlocuteurs.
