ORGANISATIONOur client is an international organisation with a strong focus on operational excellence and well-structured HR processes.YOUR ROLEAs a HR Officer, you report to the HR Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration combined with limited office and fleet management responsibilities.Your responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end HR administration in close collaboration with the payroll provider, including salary processing, bonuses, benefits and payroll-related reporting.Handling personnel administration from contract drafting to follow-up of absences, leaves and employment changes, in line with Belgian social legislation.Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, HR administration and practical questions.Ensuring accurate employee data management in the HRIS system and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.Coordinating relocation, work permits and company car fleet administration.Supporting office administration through supplier follow-up, invoice processing, ordering of office supplies and coordination of office maintenance.YOUR PROFILEYou have at least 3 years of experience in HR and/or payroll administration.You have a good knowledge of Belgian labour law.You are fluent in English and have a good command of French and/or Dutch.You are structured, detail-oriented and comfortable handling confidential information.You communicate clearly, work autonomously and have a hands-on, service-oriented mindset.You have good MS Office skills; knowledge of payroll processes and SAP HR / SuccessFactors is a plus.PRACTICALContract type: FreelanceWorkload: Part-time (to be defined)Start: As soon as possibleLocation: Brussels (hybrid possible)
