Functie Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien in de functie van customer service Franse markt? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aannemen van klantgesprekken en voor een goede kwaliteitsservice Je registreert de klachten in SAP Je analyseert de logistiek gerelateerde klachten (leveringen, ontbrekende artikelen, ...) Samen met je team bekijk je de oorzaken van deze storingen en kijken jullie hoe dit in de toekomst vermeden kan worden Je zal ook actief bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen Profiel Naar welk profiel gaat onze klant gelegen regio Zeebrugge op zoek voor de openstaande vacature van customer service bediende Franse markt? Je beschikt over een héél goede Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse talenkennis (Frans is een absolute must) Idealiter heb je reeds met SAP en Excel gewerkt Indien je al ervaring hebt in de logistieke sector dan heb je zeker ook een streepje voor Je bent altijd klantvriendelijk gezien je veel telefonische contacten zal hebben Je bent onmiddellijk beschikbaar om op te starten Aanbod Wat mag je van onze klant regio Zeebrugge verwachten?
