De Middle Office Junior Officer is verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse verwerking van de facturen van de leveranciers. Hij of zij is ook verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van de niet-gewijzigde facturen en herinneringen aan de leveranciers. Hij of zij ondersteunt de dagelijkse activiteiten met betrekking tot rapportage van de bedrijfsvoering. DIMENSIES VAN DE ROL Kritieke activiteit om de continu teit van de leveranciers te waarborgen Processen waarborgen en beveiligen Zorg voor procesdocumentatie Gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en onberispelijk professionalisme Toezicht op uitbestede boekingen en coderingen in India Organisatorische nauwkeurigheid BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN Je bereidt de facturen voor uitgaven voor claims die wereldwijd plaatsvinde Je valideert de elektronische facturen Je boekt de facturen in onze interne systemen (CTO Guidewire, PS en anderen) Je valideert de betaling van de facturen binnen jouw goedkeuringslimieten. Je zorgt voor de reconciliatie voor de leveranciers. Je zorgt voor systeem-/boekhoudkundige afstemming. Je werkt nauw samen en communiceert met jouw interne collega's zoals de Middle Office Administrator en Middle Office Specialist.
