Que ferez-vous ?
En tant qu'agent étudiant des réseaux sociaux chez iO, vous serez la voix de nos clients sur les réseaux sociaux et veillerez à ce qu'ils soient entendus à tout moment. Grâce à vos efforts, vous serez présent à toutes les étapes du parcours client, de l'interaction initiale au suivi.
En bref, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans la gestion de la réputation en ligne et veillez à ce que les clients se sentent écoutés, aidés et valorisés.
À quoi pouvez-vous vous attendre ?
Vous ne serez jamais seul : vous recevrez le soutien nécessaire de vos collègues et aurez accès à plus de 1 500 experts internationaux au sein du groupe iO pour toutes vos questions.
Vous aurez l'occasion d'apprendre beaucoup de choses sur la communication axée sur le client, l'utilisation efficace de la langue et la conduite de conversations professionnelles sur les médias sociaux.
Vous travaillerez selon des horaires flexibles que nous coordonnerons avec vos disponibilités, afin que vous puissiez facilement combiner vos études avec votre emploi.
Si vous êtes performant, vous pourrez également travailler à domicile, ce qui est idéal pour aligner parfaitement votre travail et vos études.
