Working Location: Brussel, Belgium Responsibilities Deploy channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments. Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies. Gather marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and reporting the results. Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies. Responsible for the consistency of Branding below the line and ensure branding consistency. Responsible for the Retail visual strategy output (field store image, POSM, display etc.). Responsible for VM material landing management. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel or retail marketing. In-depth knowledge of retail marketing and current channel marketing technologies and techniques. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. Superb communication, and collaboration capabilities. Excellent time-management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Dutch, French or German is preferred, proficiency in English as working language is a must. Strong negotiation skills, able to tackle challenging situations.
