The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, your primary focus will be growing our customer base and forging strategic partnerships for Frends iPaaS in the Benelux and UK markets. Collaborating with our experienced team, you’ll also nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring their solutions evolve and deliver even greater value. You will be reporting directly to Frends CRO.

This is a unique chance to make a real impact in untapped markets, working directly with pre-sales architects and other Frends experts to craft solutions that meet customer needs. As the first hire in these regions, your success will lay the foundation for future growth, with the potential to step into a management role as our presence expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the Benelux and UK regions to acquire new customers and build strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales architects and experts to design and present tailored integration solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, fostering success and advocacy for Frends iPaaS.
  • Drive consistent growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities with team support.
  • Represent Frends at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings to strengthen our presence.

The Skill Set
  • Understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS or PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS, and curiosity toward technical solutions.
  • 5+ years of proven track record of proactive solution selling SaaS or PaaS solutions to new customers together with presales support.
  • Strong new business sales orientation and customer-centric thinking.
  • Market knowledge from the Benelux and the UK.
  • Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources to support your sales cycle.
  • Superb listening skills: You must understand and empathize with our customers/prospects' pain points with a solution and value-based mindset.
  • As a person: proactive, strong communication skills, goal-oriented, committed, flexible, and responsible, enjoying the low hierarchy culture, and most importantly, willing to work in fast-paced situations in a dynamic IT company with an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, ideally also in Dutch.
  • Living in Benelux or the UK with a work permit.

  • The application period is until 19.1.2025, but please note that we will start reviewing the applications already in the application period. The role will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
  • The start is flexible according to your situation, and we offer a permanent, full-time position.
  • You can be located in Benelux or the UK. Frends doesn’t have offices in Benelux or the UK, so the work will be done remotely, but you can visit our Stockholm office when you prefer to meet the supervisor and team. Frends HQ is in Finland, so some professionals who will support you will also be there.
  • Occasionally, traveling is required to meet customers and teams and attend events.
