**Description**
- Vous développez la promotion externe de l'entreprise au sein des différentes institutions académiques belges
- Organisation de la participation aux salons de l'emploi
- Organisation des Campus Events dédiés aux stagiaires d'été et aux futurs diplômés en droit.
- Vous gérez le processus de recrutement du début à la fin
- Rédaction et publication des annonces de recrutement dans les différents supports de communication
- Rédiger la proposition salariale, signer le contrat, demander des documents, etc.
- Préparer l'intégration dans l'entreprise (onboarding)
- diverses autres tâches administratives liées au recrutement et aux circonstances.
**Profile**
- Vous maîtrisez le français, le néerlandais et l'anglais.
- Vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine du recrutement
- Vous disposez d'un excellent sens de l'organisation et d'une bonne capacité à hiérarchiser les priorités.
- Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression
- Vous êtes discret et avez une mentalité d'employeur
- Vous avez de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles professionnelles afin d'assurer une interface efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Vous êtes une personnalité extravertie et pouvez faire preuve d'un haut niveau d'intelligence émotionnelle.
