**Description**
- Je ontwikkelt de externe promotie van het bedrijf binnen de verschillende Belgische academische instellingen
- Organisatie van de deelname aan jobbeurzen
- Organisatie van de Campus Events gewijd aan zomerstagiaires en pas afgestudeerde juristen
- Je behandelt het rekruteringsproces van begin tot eind
- Redactie en publicatie van wervingsadvertenties in de verschillende communicatiemedia
- Voorselectie en presentatie van kandidaten
- Gesprekken organiseren, ervoor zorgen dat de kandidaten volledig geïnformeerd zijn en regelmatige interne communicatie en feedback geven
- Het salarisvoorstel opstellen, het contract ondertekenen, documenten opvragen, enz.
- De onboarding voorbereiden
- Diverse andere administratieve taken in verband met aanwerving en omstandigheden.
**Profile**
- Je spreekt Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in rekrutering
- Je hebt uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en een goed prioriteitenstellingsvermogen.
- Je bent in staat om onder druk te werken
- Je bent discreet en hebt een werkgeversmentaliteit
- Je hebt goede professionele interpersoonlijke vaardigheden om effectief te communiceren met interne en externe belanghebbenden
- Je bent een uitgaande persoonlijkheid en kunt een hoog niveau van emotionele
intelligentie
- U kunt zelfstandig werken, maar u bent een teamspeler
