Job Purpose:

  • Manage technical complaints for GSK vaccines globally, ensuring timely resolution according to established procedures to prevent future incidents and recalls.
  • Analyze data trends to swiftly identify and address recurring technical issues, defining quality profiles for products and enhancing patient risk management.
  • Take part in managing critical product incidents for vaccines, overseeing potential recalls and communications with authorities as the Secretary of the Product Incident Review Committee (PIRC).

In this role you will...

  • Record and investigate complaints for GSK vaccines worldwide, ensuring thorough and prompt responses for over 120 markets.
  • Identify complaint patterns and proactively manage them to prevent future incidents and recalls.
  • Handle technical signals on specific product batches in line with established procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the Pharmacovigilance department to investigate safety signals and review potential quality issues.
  • Contribute to enhancing the Complaints Management and PIRC Systems.
  • Engage in taskforces related to complaints actively.
  • Address clients' needs, both internal and external, providing explanations and clarifications on issues and reporting across different dimensions.
  • Lead the coordination of vaccine recalls when necessary.
  • Represent GSK Vaccines during authority inspections related to technical complaints and recall systems.

Why you?

  • Hold a university degree in Sciences, preferably in Bioengineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
  • Possess extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with a good understanding of GxP requirements.
  • Demonstrate experience in Quality and/or Customer complaint management and product Incident management.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
  • Display flexibility and proficiency in working under pressure or with tight deadlines.
  • Exhibit an analytical mindset and the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Show skill in engaging individuals with diverse areas of expertise.
  • Communicate complex information effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Work efficiently in a highly matrixed organization spanning different geographies and cultures.
  • Operate effectively in the regulated environment of the pharma/biopharma/vaccines industry.
