Functieomschrijving:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor QA, QC en veiligheid met de steun van een toegewijd team.
  • Definieert, stuurt en controleert de implementatie van het kwaliteits- en HSE-beleid en -actieplan.
  • Garandeert naleving van normen en wettelijke vereisten voor interne/externe contacten.
  • Houdt toezicht op het laboratorium voor kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Voert het veiligheids-/beveiligingsbeleid van de vestiging uit.
  • Zorgt ervoor dat het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem voldoet aan FSSC22000-normen.
  • Draagt bij aan efficiëntie en ontwikkeling van de organisatie.

Profiel:

  • Master's degree of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring in de voedingssector.
  • Tweetalig FR/NL + goede kennis van Engels.
  • Zeer communicatief met sterke commerciële vaardigheden.
  • Kan prioriteiten beheren en goed samenwerken met klanten en interne afdelingen.
  • Diplomatiek en assertief.
  • Ruimdenkend, flexibel en past zich gemakkelijk aan veranderingen aan.
  • Kennis van MS Office en IT-tools.
