Customer Experience Managers for our
executive education.

Function:


As
Customer Experience Manager, you will ensure a smooth, welcoming and qualitative organization throughout the entire process (from start-up to the end of the program).

Thanks to your hospitality, you maintain close contact with participants. You are flexible and give participants the support they need to successfully complete their challenging and dynamic learning journey. In case of practical problems or questions, you always look for an adequate solution.

Like a true organizer, you make sure everything is prepared for the start of each program. You are responsible for the administration of the program and for the communication with your stakeholders. You work closely with the L&D advisor and the faculty to ensure a professional implementation of the curriculum.

You will work closely with the members of your team and with other customer experience managers of other teams. In addition, you will work with other stakeholders such as professors, the finance team, the catering team.

  • Making clients happy is your main motivation. You do this in a proactive way, from a profound understanding of what clients expect when they start a challenging development journey.
  • Hospitality is in your blood. You enjoy interacting with people, responding to their needs and wishes and you act with attention to detail.
  • You are excellent at administration; you work independently, structured and punctually.
  • You have a cando and canimprove attitude. Since we strive for a top learning experience, you are constantly looking to optimize our processes and our services.
  • You are enthusiastic, passionate and enjoy working in an ambitious team.
  • You are selfreliant and solutionoriented.
  • You enjoy being the goto person for your customers, but also enjoy working on administrative tasks.
  • You are processoriented and enjoy implementing and gradually improving processes to ensure high quality results. While working independently is not a problem, collaboration is a must for your work environment.
  • You are flexible and willing to occasionally work evenings.
  • Your workplace is the campus of Antwerp Management School, but travel within Belgium may occasionally occur.
  • You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and are ITsavvy.
  • You speak, write and read Dutch and English fluently.
