- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen van onze klanten en verdelers via telefoon/ticketsysteem;
- Je kan snel en vakkundig antwoorden bieden;
- Je luistert naar de klant en je brengt hun feedback en ideeën over naar de rest van het team;
- Je staat in om de klanten te begeleiden bij het installeren van updates;
- Je ondersteunt Webinars en eventuele korte opleidingen op afstand;
- Je documenteert nieuwe functies onder de vorm van FAQ's en video's;
- Je doel is om de klanttevredenheid te verhogen;
- Je houdt mee onze database up-to-date met allerhande informatie (FAQ's, forum,..);
