**Description**
Global Operations Services (GOS) est responsable de la gestion et du contrôle de tous les services, afin que les gestionnaires de portefeuille puissent gérer quotidiennement leurs portefeuilles.
L'équipe Reporting and Data Services, qui fait partie de GOS, est responsable de ce qui suit:
- Collecter, produire et valider les données nécessaires à la production de tous les rapports internes et externes.
L'équipe est organisée autour de quatre piliers principaux:
- Les services de données, qui assurent une gestion centralisée de la disponibilité et de l'exactitude des données en temps voulu pour la livraison des rapports.
- L'équipe Performance Analysis & Custom Reporting Solutions est responsable de l'attribution des performances, des activités GIPS ainsi que de la production et de la diffusion des rapports de la production personnalisée.
- L'équipe Reporting Delivery, Evolution & Process est l'équipe dédiée à la gestion des projets liés aux activités de reporting et de données, au changement et à l'évolution, mais elle est également chargée du suivi des activités transversales et de l'amélioration des processus.
Au sein de l'équipe Performance Analysis & Custom Reporting Solutions, le Custom Reporting Specialist apporte un soutien spécialisé aux gestionnaires de portefeuille des équipes d'investissement:
- Produisant des rapports d'investissement personnalisés de haute qualité pour les équipes d'investissement qui ne répondent pas aux exigences de normalisation à produire par la Reporting Factory sur une base hebdomadaire, mensuelle, trimestrielle dans les délais convenus.
- En agissant en tant que point d'appui pour les questions générales de reporting qui se posent dans le cadre de votre champ d'action.
- Standardiser la production dans la mesure du possible et s'assurer que cette activité est transférée à la Reporting Factory dans la mesure du possible. Si l'activité est transférée : suivi et supervision de la production de rapports standard effectuée par la Reporting Factory basée en Asie, en suivant le calendrier de production, en assurant le contrôle de la qualité des rapports et en veillant à ce qu'ils soient conformes à la législation en vigueur.
**Profile**
- Diplôme universitaire en finance ou en économie ou expérience équivalente.
- Excellente connaissance de l'anglais. D'autres langues, en particulier le français, sont un atout.
- Excellente connaissance théorique des produits financiers, de l'analyse de la performance des fonds
- La connaissance d'un langage de programmation est un atout
