**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
Je komt terecht in een **warm team en een dynamische omgeving. **Iedereen staat elke dag klaar staan voor de klanten maar ook om jou te ondersteunen:

- Jij bent de **ambassadeur van het bedrijf** Je bent het eerste contact en zal de klanten telefonisch onthalen en hen van A tot Z verder helpen met hun vragen.
- Klanten hun vragen kunnen gaan over hun WI-FI dat niet werkt naar behoren, aanvraag tot een overschakeling naar een ander abonnement.
- Je communiceert op een vlotte en hippe manier en past je communicatiestijl aan bij elke klant.
- Je zorgt dat je **gestructureerd en correct werkt**.

**Kwalificaties**:
Een job met veel afwisseling vraagt natuurlijk ook van jou de nodige vereisten:

- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans. Je zal uiteraard de klanten in het **Nederlands **en ook het **Frans **verder helpen.
- Verder ben je een echte **teamplayer** Je zorgt samen met je collega's voor een optimale werksfeer en klantenservice.
- Je staat **open voor opbouwende feedback** Zo kan je blijven groeien in je functie Je ontplooit jezelf tot contact expert Je gaat ook onmiddellijk aan de slag met werkpunten.
- Bij voorkeur heb je al wat **ervaring **in de **customer service**. Heb je geen ervaring? Dan is je **motivatie het allerbelangrijkste**.
