**Robert Half** is momenteel op zoek naar een **Order Administrator **(m/v/x) voor een bedrijf gelegen in **Diegem.**
Onze klant is actief in de Accountancy** sector.**
De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **Order Administrator **zijn:
- Je maakt documenten in het Nederlands, het Frans en / of het Engels;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de lay-out van documenten;
- Je zorgt voor inkomende en uitgaande post;
- Je maakt PowerPoint presentaties;
- Je neemt deel aan wekelijkse teamvergaderingen.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **Order Administrator **zijn:
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans en een goede kennis van het Engels;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (voornamelijk PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint);
- Je bent creatief en verantwoordelijk;
- Je werkt zelfstandig;
- Je bent onmiddellijk beschikbaar.
