- Vous participez au comité hebdomadaire d'acceptation des clients (CARC) où tous les dossiers sont discutés et vous faites également office de point de contact central pour les parties prenantes internes en ce qui concerne toutes les questions liées à l'acceptation des clients pour vos dossiers.
- Vous collaborez intensivement avec d'autres collaborateurs au sein et à l'extérieur du département, notamment les chargés de relation pour la préparation des dossiers, le Compliance, le président du comité CARC, le Mid Office,...

Vous suivez les prêts en cours (Money Market loans) et les dépôts de nos clients et surveillez de près leurs échéances et leurs dates d'expiration.
- Vous êtes en contact téléphonique avec ces clients pour la mise en place de nouveaux crédits et dépôts, ainsi que pour le renouvellement éventuel de crédits et dépôts à des dates d'échéance
- Ce faisant, vous effectuez les vérifications nécessaires concernant la tarification, les limites de crédit et de devises autorisées, etc. et vous faites une offre téléphonique au client en conséquence.
- Vous surveillez en outre la comptabilisation correcte des crédits et des dépôts.

**Profile**
- Vous avez au moins un diplôme de bachelier
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances linguistiques : néerlandais (approfondi) et anglais (courant à l'oral et à l'écrit).
- Vous êtes doué pour l'administration, bien organisé et précis.
- Vous maîtrisez l'informatique : vous pouvez utiliser Word et Excel couramment.
- Vous êtes à l'écoute des clients et avez une personnalité agréable
- Vous êtes proactif, dynamique, précis, flexible et conscient des risques.
- Vous pouvez travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et en équipe.
