Om ons departement Asset Management te versterken, zijn we voor de afdeling Build & Projects op zoek naar een **FREELANCE** Project Manager (M/V/X).
De Project Manager leidt verschillenden technische projecten van de study, uitvoering tot overdracht naar de Run afdeling. Hij zorgt ervoor dat de scope beantwoordt aan de compliance eisen en dat er een duidelijke opvolging van budget en planning is.
Jouw vluchtinstructie
- Jij ondersteunt interne klanten bij de studie, budgettering, ontwikkeling en uitvoering van diverse technische projecten die bestaan uit: vervanging van bestaande asset (HVAC, HS, LS, enz.) in een operationele omgeving; het ontwikkelen van een crossdomein technisch project (bijv. laadstations voor elektrische voertuigen); de generieke projectteams te ondersteunen in het technische deel van hun studie (bvbd. nieuwbouw).
- Je zorgt voor gestructureerde rapportering aan jouw N+1, Project Core Team en Project Steerco,over de voortgang van de projecten,
- Je werkt nauw samen met andere diensten en stemt af waar nodig (bijvoorbeeld: Fire Safety Office, Health & Safety, Operations, Facility,)
- In overleg met de Stakeholders vertaal je op basis van compliance, risico en prioriteiten een strategie voor lange en korte termijn, inclusief de nodige budgetten (jaarplanning en investeringsbudget, ressources plan,...) om dit te realiseren
- Je stelt de budgetten op, en beheert deze over de verschillende projecten
- Je zorg dat de scope/het concept van de werken volledig zijn met de bestande wetgeving, binnen de verwachtingen van de klanten, binnen de sunstainbility strategie,...
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, begeleiding en opvolging van de praktische voorbereiding en uitvoering van de werken, om het jaarlijks vooropgestelde resultaat te bereiken.
- Je ontwikkeld een aankoopstrategie met procurement of technical standard met Technical office.

Jouw paspoort
- Je beschikt over een Master-diploma (ingenieur) Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt 10 jaar relevante ervaring waarvan 5 jaar ook in een people management functie
- Je hebt een bewezen ervaring in complexe omgevingen, management rapportering, communicatie, cross-departementale mechanismen, procesverbetering
- Je beschikt over een ruime ervaringen binnen mulittechnieken
- Kennis van de luchthaven, de dagdagelijkse operaties en de bestaande procedures is een pluspunt
- Ervaring met structurele bouwwerken, uitgebreide renovaties en binnenafwerking is vereist
- Expertise in gebouwentechnieken en materiaalkennis en constante opvolging van de nieuwe trends is nodig
- Je hebt kennis van de MS Office incl. MS Project
- Je hebt proven trackrecord op gebied van project
