**Votre Mission**
En tant que Brand Manager, vous êtes LE/LA **spécialiste du parcours du consommateur**. Pour ce faire, vous êtes en charge du **développement du portfolio** de Leonidas, de la **communication **vers le consommateur, de la réalisation d'**études de marché**, et de l'**analyse des besoins** des parties prenantes. Vous travaillez également en collaboration avec l'équipe Shopper Marketing pour le **développement du matériel POS **ainsi que pour les communications vers les partenaires du réseau. Concrètement, voici vos responsabilités:
- Vous aidez à traduire et **exécutez la stratégie commerciale** dans le plan annuel et les activités go-to-market.
- En étroite collaboration avec l'équipe marketing et les agences externes, vous créez et exécutez des **campagnes médias digitales** et sur les réseaux sociaux cohérentes qui aident à atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise. Vous maintenez également le contenu du site web à jour, vous créez des newsletters et la communication liée au programme de fidélité.
- Vous identifiez le **customer journey**, les points d'accroche et les intégrez dans les saisons pour lesquelles vous êtes responsable.
- Vous activez et renforcez le **choix de la marque** à travers des campagnes marketing et digitales ciblées, aussi bien ATL que BTL de la création à l'exécution.
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec l'équipe Shopper Marketing sur les **communications des saisons** dont vous avez la charge dans les magasins.
- Vous gérez les **tâches financières** (P&L, suivi du budget,) et **administratives** inhérentes à votre rôle.
**Votre profil**
- Vous disposez d'un master en Sciences Commerciales ou Marketing.
- Vous avez au moins **4 ou 5 ans d'expérience **professionnelle dans un rôle de Brand Manager ou de Project Manager Marketing.
- Vous travaillez de manière complètement **autonome **et indépendante.
- Vous êtes très **hands-on **et prenez le travail en main
- Le **jargon marketing **n'a aucun secret pour vous.
- Vous parlez le **français et le néerlandais**, et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
