**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn***:

- Jij maakt het verschil door **behoeftes** te **detecteren** bij je klanten en zo mee de **software** in de juiste richting te laten evolueren.
- Je denkt in **oplossingen** en kan** sterke analyses** maken.
- Je bent de **expert** die met zijn klanten contacten onderhoudt omtrent de **douaneformaliteiten** van hun **goederenstroom**.
- Als expert ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **opvangen** **van** **escalaties** en daar samen met je team **passende** **oplossingen** voor te zoeken.
- Je gaat** analytisch te werk** om een zo goed mogelijke dienstverlening te geven.

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je hebt een eerste ervaring gehad met **douane, één jaar is voldoende.**:

- Je hebt grote interesse/affiniteit met **IT**-**applicaties.**:

- Je spreekt **vlot Nederlands **en bent **communicatief sterk**. Frans is een enorme plus
- Je bent **nauwkeurig** en analytisch
- Je gaat probleemoplossend te werk en bezorgt de klanten **aha-momenten**.
- Je hebt een **hands-on **mentaliteit en gaat graag op onderzoek in complexere vraagstukken.
