Functieomschrijving

Bij de Dienst Customer First Line en onder de leiding van je hiërarchie:

- Je analyseert en behandelt proactief en kwalitatief alle vragen van je contacten over alle producten en diensten;
- Je registreert en categoriseert alle aanvragen;
- Je behandelt direct een aantal aanvragen (op basis van vooraf gedefinieerde categorieën): vragen over sorteerinstructies, ophaalkalender, enz;
- Je stuurt klachten, vragen om encodering of commerciële aanvragen door naar andere teams;
- Je escaleert de informatie over relevante zaken (behoeften, verwachtingen, klachten van klanten);

Je draagt bij tot de verbetering van de kwaliteit en de efficiëntie van de dienst;
- Je steunt je collega's als dat nodig is.

Profiel
- Je bent klantgericht en beantwoordt vragen van klanten met een flinke dosis enthousiasme;
- Je bent nauwgezet in je administratieve taken;
- Je hebt een perfecte kennis van mondeling en schriftelijk Frans (spelling en goede schrijfvaardigheid);
- Je kunt moeiteloos overschakelen van Frans naar Nederlands. Engels is een troef
- Je bent bereid om de verschillende gebruikte systemen bij het Agentschap te aan te leren (CRM, middle office...);
- Je bent vertrouwd met het MS Office pakket;
- Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring in een omgeving met klantcontact;
- Je hebt een diploma lager secundair of hoger secundair behaald in het Belgisch onderwijs of een specifieke erkenning of niveau-erkenning;
- Je bent georganiseerd, nauwgezet, zelfstandig, punctueel en toegewijd;
- Je bent een teamspeler, zeer gemotiveerd en enthousiast;
- Je bent je bewust dat je het Agentschap vertegenwoordigt;
- Je respecteert uurroosters en procedures;
- Je bent intellectueel nieuwsgierig en je bent goed stressbestendig.

- De opmerkingen van de klanten verzamelen en doorsturen naar de dienst productie, marketing, onderzoek, ontwikkeling,...
- Uitwerken van of bijdragen aan de klantenstrategie
De jaaractieplannen en de doelstellingen van de dienst bepalen
- Prestatie-indicatoren voor de dienst uitwerken
De resultaten analyseren
Aanpassingen doorvoeren
- Opvolggegevens van de activiteiten registreren
Jaarrapporten opstellen
