**Dit wordt jouw uitdaging**:
Als Client Satisfaction Manager ben je het aanspreekpunt voor overheids
- en bedrijfsklanten, freelancers en leveranciers. Je verbindt elke dag met succes klanten met extern talent. Als Client Satisfaction Manager (MSP) adviseer je alle portfolio stakeholders m.b.t. flexibel talent, het ProUnity VMS platform, contract management en de opvolging ervan. Als kennisexpert van ons platform, bouw je ook mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling ervan, om het nog efficiënter te maken en onze kwalitatieve dienstverlening te blijven garanderen

**Als Client Satisfaction Manager zijn dit je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten m.b.t. onze dienstverlening van A tot Z: bepaling van klantenbehoeften, begeleiding bij talent werving & selectie (het juiste talent begeleiden naar het juiste project en vice-versa), contract management, supplier management, tijdsregistratie, etc.
- Je werkt service
- en oplossingsgericht. In jouw rol als junior expert, begeleid je de klant tijdens alle stappen van zijn "customer journey". Je wordt hierin opgeleid en bijgestaan door een senior collega.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt kwaliteitsgericht.
- Je luistert en overlegt met onze klanten om de samenwerking op en buiten het VMS/FMS platform te verbeteren.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en freelancers m.b.t onze dienstverlening.
- begeleidt hen bij onboarding, gebruik van het VMS/FMS platform, contractmanagement.
- Je geeft meerwaarde aan je ondersteunende rol bij projectwerk (zoals bvb : procesoptimalisaties of tutorials voor onze klanten).

**Herken je jezelf in dit profiel?**
- Je bent een teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel gesproken als geschreven.
- Je praat en mailt vlot met klanten en partners in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Je bent Tech-savvy en hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
- Je behaalde minstens een Professionele Bachelor (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Je werkt klant
- en oplossingsgericht met oog voor detail en zin voor creativiteit en innovatie.
- Je krijgt energie van een afwisselend pakket aan verantwoordelijkheden met impact binnen een sterk evoluerende sector.
- Een eerste ervaring als MSP consultant of leverancier, Recruitment & Selection of HR specialist, of als Procurement medewerker, is een plus. Ook als je in dit domein nog geen ervaring hebt maar wél kansen ziet om je hierin te bekwamen en samen met ons verder te groeien, lees dan zeker verder en neem met ons contact voor een open verkennend gesprek.
