Ti occuperai di:
- Accogliere e informare i clienti, personalizzando il rapporto con la clientela
- Gestire i bagagli dei clienti in arrivo e in partenza
- Garantire l'accessibilità dell'area arrivi/partenze
- Svolgere alcune mansioni di reception che richiedono spostamenti
- Assistere il team della Reception e/o di Riunioni ed Eventi nell'allestimento delle sale riunioni
- Assistere il team di alloggio in alcuni compiti
- Contribuire a monitorare gli accessi e a garantire la sicurezza delle persone e dei beni.
- Garantire la qualità dei servizi, il rispetto delle norme di salute e sicurezza del Club Med e la manutenzione della struttura.
- Conoscere e applicare le norme di salute e sicurezza e tutte le procedure di emergenza e di evacuazione e informare i clienti.
- Rispettare gli atteggiamenti, il comportamento, la presentazione, l'ambiente di lavoro e le procedure interne del Club Med.
