Context:
To offer an even better service to our institutional clients, we are looking for a fund manager with a focus on funds for those institutional clients.
Your Position:
As a Portfolio Manager for institutional clients you will:
- Actively contribute to the portfolio construction, risk monitoring and day-to-day management of the various investment portfolios across a wide range of asset classes.
- Develop, analyse and implement (new) investment ideas within the investment universe in a holistic and pragmatic way.
- Meet with external clients to review the performance, outline the investment outlook and discuss investment solutions. This includes occasional travel to our clients.
- Collaborate and interact with various teams throughout the company (macroresearch, fixed income managers and analysts, equity managers and analysts).
Your Profile:
Which skills do we consider as "must have" to excel as a portfolio manager for institutional clients?
- A Master's degree in an economic relevant area
- 2 to 5 years experience in financial markets
- Solid communication and skills in English, Dutch and French
- Analytical and programming skills in e.g. Python, VBA,....
- Passioante about finance and capital markets with a thorough understanding of macroeconomics
- You maintain high ethical standards and are an enthousiastic team player
- The CFA designation or at least the willigness to obtain this in the future
- An experience in different asset classes
- Working experience in an analytical environment where you where challenged on a daily basis to develop your skillset.
