Wij staan zowel **bedrijven** als **beleidsmakers** bij in het vinden van antwoorden op duurzaamheidsuitdagingen en begeleiden hen bij hun duurzame transitie. Wij ontwikkelen effectieve bedrijfsstrategieën en beleidsmaatregelen die tot **tastbare resultaten met impact **leiden. Bij elke stap in het ontwikkelingsproces betrekken we de **stakeholders** en vullen we de harde feiten en cijfers aan met collectieve intelligentie.
Om onze groei in België verder te ondersteunen en ons Sustainability-team nog impactvoller te maken, zijn we op zoek naar een **Consultant Sustainability**.
**In je rol als consultant**:
ondersteun je **duurzaamheidstrajecten** van bedrijfs
- en publieke organisaties in België, van ESG-beleid en -strategie, over implementatie tot rapportage en communicatie.
-voer je **dubbele materialiteitsanalyses** uit in nauw overleg met interne en externe stakeholders.
-ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van **duurzaamheidsstrategieën** en roadmaps, het opstellen van niet-financiële rapportages en je zorgt voor de naleving van internationale kaders en standaarden (zoals GRI, SDG's) en de nieuwe rapportagerichtlijnen (zoals CSRD, EU Taxonomie)
-ontwikkel je **voorstellen** voor bedrijven en de publieke sector over duurzaamheidsstrategieën en roadmaps ter ondersteuning van onze commerciële activiteiten.
Onze ideale collega bezit:
Een diploma in een** relevante discipline**, bijvoorbeeld engineering, duurzame ontwikkeling, milieuwetenschappen, scheikunde of economie.
-Goed begrip van **duurzaamheidsuitdagingen** voor zowel private als publieke organisaties
-Relevante **werkervaring** (4 tot 7 jaar) in **duurzaamheidsadvies** en **ESG-strategieontwikkeling**Goede **projectmanagementvaardigheden** en je kan zelfstandig gegevens analyseren, samenvatten en rapporteren aan klanten.
-Overtuigende **communicatieskills** (in workshops, 1-1) met klanten, management en medewerkers, en andere belanghebbenden. Daarnaast heb je ook goede schrijfvaardigheden, met de mogelijkheid om documenten van hoge kwaliteit te creëren (voorstellen en deliverables)
-Uitmuntende kennis van het **Nederlands.** Bij voorkeur beschik je ook over een grondige kennis van het Frans en Engels.
