- Als Opex Manager in hun productiesite regio Gent ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en **continu verbeteren** van de processen en prestaties van hun grootste productieplant.
- Takenpakket Operational Excellence Manager:

- Vanuit jouw theoretische achtergrond en je praktijkervaring ontwikkel je een **operational excellence plan** en rol je deze uit.
- Je bewaakt de voortgang door middel van specifieke KPI's en interne audits. Deze kunnen gericht zijn op performance dialogen, roots cause analysis, visual management.
- Je zorgt er voor dat de opex projecten een **aanzienlijke waarde toevoegen** aan het behalen van de strategische doelstelling van de fabriek hiervoor ga je regelmatig samenzitten met collega's om projecten de definiëren waardoor je de productie **efficiëntie gaat verhogen**.
- Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je iedereen meekrijgt in het verhaal van continuous improvement, van de afdelingsmanagers tot de arbeiders op de werkvloer.
- Je stuurt een team aan van 4 ervaren medewerkers: een opex engineer, een opleidingscoördinator en twee process engineers. En natuurlijk indirect aan projectteamleden.

Profiel Operational Excellence Manager:

- Je beschikt over een **Masterdiploma**.
- Je beschikt over mínimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een opex-gerelateerde functie.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden, een projectmatige aanpak en bent stressbestendig.
