Als Customer Success Manager (CSM) in het CSM-team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van relaties en het onboarden van nieuwe klanten. Je laat ze kennis maken met het product waar ze voor gekozen hebben en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant bij vragen en of opmerkingen. Je beheert de levering van onze diensten aan de klant en zorgt er voor dat een tevreden klant ontstaat. Door jouw uitstekende onboarding en het goede regelmatige contact met de klant leidt je hen naar een succes zodat contractverlenging een no-brainer wordt.

Deze functie rapporteert aan de CSM leader binnen de afdeling Sales. Je werkt nauw samen met de andere Customer Success Managers en Account Managers in het team om onze klanten de best mogelijke service te bieden, en onze klanten te adviseren over hoe ze optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van de online producten van D&B.

**Wat ga jij doen als Customer Success Manager?**
- Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor alle onboarding & service acties aan al onze klanten gedurende de gehele customer journey.
- Je traint onze klanten in het gebruik van de verschillende D&B online producten, zowel op locatie als online.
- Je verzorgt service calls en follow ups met onze klanten om inzicht te krijgen in de klanttevredenheid en het voorkomen van verloop van ons klantenbestand.
- Je voert analyses uit op gebruik van het product en stelt opties voor aan onze klanten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bespreken en oplossen van supportproblemen, en je helpt klanten om hun zakelijke doelen te bereiken.
- Je begrijpt technische problemen en kan deze oplossen door een coördinerende rol te spelen in het proces.
- Het identificeren van mogelijkheden om onze wereldwijde relatie met klanten te laten groeien in samenwerking met Sales.

**Wat breng je mee?**
- Minimaal een bachelor of hoger in Business, Economie of Technologie;
- Werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
- Interesse in Data en SaaS-producten;
- Kennis van of ervaring met Master Data Management, Finance Credit & Risk, Compliancy, Analytics, Marketing & Sales, of Supply Management;
- Ervaring in het optimaliseren van workflows om efficiëntie te verbeteren en Customer Success te stimuleren;
- Sterke samenwerkings
- en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden zijn essentieel voor het succes van deze rol;
- Je kunt operationeel te werk gaan en hebt hier al ervaring in;
- Klantgerichte houding te allen tijde en gedurende de gehele customer journet;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, en Engels (op C-niveau);
- Opbouwen van relaties zowel intern als extern binnen de organisatie van een klant;
- Een zelfverzekerde houding en goede presentatievaardigheden;
- Woonachtig in de Benelux.
