As part of our journey to become a tech-led company, we are seeking a Head of IT for Benelux. This individual will drive the transformation of our business model by leading key projects and ensuring their successful implementation across the region.


DIMENSIONS OF ROLE
  • Accountable for Benelux IT Strategy, Delivery, Security, and performance
  • Responsible for the Local IT Team
  • Overseeing IT Budget and Local Projects
  • Member of the AXA Partners Benelux Extended Leadership Team
  • Member of the AXA Partners Regional IT Leadership Committee

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Declination and implementation of AXA Partners Strategy in the scope
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans
  • Drive IT transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Regional CIO
  • Ensure alignment with business stakeholders and global standards
  • Focus on technological levers for growth and efficiency
  • Supervise architecture implementation and integrations
Coordination, steering, and communication
  • Manage activities, resources, and service quality
  • Define and monitor SLAs
  • Communicate within the ecosystem and lead governance meetings
BAU tasks supervision
  • Ensure efficient IT service delivery and security
  • Manage local operations and infrastructure
  • Oversee application teams and security targets
Teams management
  • Develop the team and maintain workload balance
  • Focus on performance and collaboration
Supporting the Regional CIO
  • Manage application tribe and integrate global assets

Your Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience in leading transformative IT strategies
  • Technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to drive change and promote collaboration
  • Proficiency in English and French or Dutch
