**JOUW OPDRACHT**
Uitwerking van onderzoekslijn naar raciale ongelijkheid in het omgaan met pijn bij kinderen in de context van professionele hulpverlening. Onderzoek kadert binnen een affectief-motivationele visie met betrekking tot interpersoonlijke dynamieken in de context van pediatrische pijn. Determinanten van raciale ongelijkheid in pijnbehandeling zullen worden onderzocht waarbij focus wordt gelegd op de rol van aandacht en perspectiefname. Raciale ongelijkheid in pijnbehandeling zal in kaart worden gebracht via verbale en non-verbale indicatoren van zorg verlenend gedrag.
**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Kandidaten hebben een diploma van doctor in de psychologie
- Kandidaten dienen ervaring te hebben met het vooropgestelde onderzoeksthema
- Kandidaten dienen een diepgaande expertise mbt statistiek te hebben.
- Kandidaten dienen grondige kennis te hebben mbt affectief-motivationele theorieën in de interpersoonlijke context van pijn.
- Kandidaten dienen een grondige kennis te hebben van de literatuur met betrekking tot aandacht en empathie in de context van pijn en observationele metingen.
- Kandidaten dienen communicatief zijn, en projectmatig kunnen werken
- Kandidaten dienen aantoonbare ervaring hebben met het schrijven van Engelstalige manuscripten
**ONS AANBOD**
- Wij bieden je een contract 60% FTE van bepaalde tijd voor een periode van 2 jaar
- De indiensttreding kan ten vroegste vanaf 1/01/2024
