- Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, de production et de support pour collecter les informations techniques nécessaires à la rédaction de documents.
- Analyser et synthétiser les informations techniques complexes en documents clairs et concis, adaptés à notre public cible.
- Effectuer des revues de documents pour assurer la qualité et l'exactitude des informations techniques.
- Contribuer à la création et à la mise à jour de la documentation interne des processus, des politiques et des procédures.
- Coordonner la traduction des documents en collaboration avec les sous-traitants
- Gérer l'organisation, le planning et l'amélioration des processus au sein de l'équipe
Le profil idéal répondra aux critères suivants:
- Formation de niveau Master ou expérience équivalente
- Expérience en gestion d'équipe
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans ce type de fonction, dans un environnement technique et international (multi-lingue)
- Très bon niveau d'anglais et de français
- La connaissance de l'allemand, du japonais, du chinois et/ou du coréen sont des atouts
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans l'urgence
- Leader naturel, capacité à prendre des décisions
- Sens de la communication
- La connaissance des outils suivants sont des sérieux atouts:
Madcap, Python, XML, Excel, HTML,....
