Associate General Counsel, Competition

This position will help manage the company's legal position and strategy on competition and regulatory related product and business strategies.
The position is based at the company's London or Brussels office.Associate General Counsel, Competition & Regulatory Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in connection with regulatory inquiries and engagements encompassing competition frameworks.
- Work with a crossfunctional team to develop and implement longterm competition strategy.
- Drive legal advice assessing impact of competition laws and emerging regulations on current and planned product and business initiatives.
- Provide teams across the company with counsel and advice on competition matters.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Significant experience in regulatory investigations.
- Significant competition experience, including deep knowledge of competition frameworks in Europe and engagement with applicable regulatory bodies in merger review and/or investigative contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and pragmatic approaches and businessfocused solutions to regulatory challenges and developments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an absolute commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- 7+ years legal experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience representing technology companies in regulatory matters strongly preferred.
