As a VIP Supervisor/KYC Support Supervisor /Customer Service Supervisor, you will:
- Lead the teams by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and following up with all team members.
- Supervise the daily operation of the VIP support and KYC support teams and ensure they comply with company guidelines.
- Addresses problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in an effective, timely manner
- Proceeds to actions as to ensure that all the necessary restraints have been implemented on the account functionalities, according to the established KYC support and confiscations procedures
- Ensure that customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner and within the predefined time limits
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a VIP Supervisor/ KYC Support Supervisor/ Customer Service Supervisor.
- Excellent use of Dutch or French and English.
- Experience of managing a team of minimum 34 people.
- High level attention to details and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle different systems.
