**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Business Development Assistant:

- Bereid je offertes voor voor werkgevers (lokaal en internationaal) en partners van onze klant.
- Assisteer en begeleid je werkgevers bij vragen over de diensten en tarieven van onze klant - in nauwe samenwerking met de juridische afdeling. Indien gewenst, geef je hen ook advies over het Belgische arbeids
- en sociaal recht in het kader van hun payroll.
- Bouw en versterk je relaties met klanten en netwerken, gebaseerd op expertise, discretie en wederzijds vertrouwen.
- Verken je nieuwe zakelijke kansen.
- Help je bij het ontwikkelen van de externe communicatie en het bedrijfsimago van onze klant door het ontwerpen, opbouwen en onderhouden van de sociale media.
- Beheer je de inhoud van de commerciële database.
- Volg je zelfstandig je opdrachten op, nadat je samen met het team prioriteiten hebt gesteld.

**Jouw profiel**:
De ideale Business Development Assistant:

- Heeft mínimaal 2 jaar professionele ervaring.
- Is vloeiend in het Engels en Nederlands en/of Frans.
- Heeft commercieel inzicht.
- Heeft affiniteit met salarisadministratie en sociale en juridische onderwerpen.
- Neemt initiatief en denkt proactief.
- Blinkt uit in administratie en precisie, gecombineerd met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
