- eventuele problemen doorgeven en samen met klanten zoeken naar mogelijke alternatieven op het gebied van producten, levertijden, inkoop, enz.
- Bestellingen van klanten opvolgen
- Follow-up met productie
- reageren op verzoeken van klanten
- Eventuele problemen doorgeven aan klanten
- Documenten controleren die nodig zijn voor verzending
- Klachten van klanten afhandelen.
- Klantgegevens up-to-date houden.
**Vaardigheden & kennis**
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Je bent georganiseerd en in staat om meerdere taken tegelijkertijd te managen en je bent stressbestendig.
- Je leert snel en hebt affiniteit met technische producten.
- Je bent nauwkeurig, nauwgezet, responsief en proactief.
- Je hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, kunt je aanpassen aan verschillende mensen en werkt graag in teamverband.
- Je bent vertrouwd met IT-tools (SAP) en het Office-pakket.
