Initiate, plan, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures if necessary to ensure successful project outcomes. Governance:

Contribute to IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Understand and validate metrics for current processes or projects (KPIs, SLAs, SOPs, etc.). Participate in compliance audits and ensure adherence to global guidelines, governance standards, tools, processes, and controls. Act as a Governance contact for specific vendors. IT Support:

May need to provide support to SMEs in the End Users Computing and IT Service Operations team by prioritizing and dispatching tickets and escalating complex issues as necessary. Conduct user training sessions to enhance IT literacy and optimize technology utilization.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a Technology discipline and/or relevant practical experience combined with at least 5 years' experience.
  • Experience in an ITIL environment and IT services delivery in an international corporate environment, process-driven with a focus on regulatory demands.
  • Passion for the banking industry and strong business acumen, insight into business operations, challenges, and strategies.
  • Analytical mindset, keen eye for detail, and familiarity with a range of IT systems and tools.
  • Flexible and adaptive approach to handle diverse tasks ranging from project management, governance to hands-on IT tasks.
  • Experience in project management and handling governance tasks is a plus.
  • Good understanding of IT governance principles, compliance requirements, and the ability to contribute to the development and enforcement of policies and procedures.
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, sharing knowledge and providing support to colleagues when needed.
  • Proficient with main tools of the MS Office 365 suite.
  • Fluent in English and French, proficient in Dutch.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
